What’s Universal Enroll? Is that what they call it when you register for Global Access/TSA Pre-Check/Etc. as a foreign resident?

I’m not sure what that is but this was for a Port Pass and TWIC since one of my projects buildings resides on/under the port of VA

They don’t need to print a letter with an image of which finger to show the TSA.

I mean you only have to think ‘TSA’ and you know what finger to give them.
